Hydes Birthday Club
The Birthday Club is a web based registration and automated e-mail system that was developed for Hydes Brewery in 2006.
Features:
- totally automated notification system contacts subscribers 7 days before their birthday.
- full access to database of registrants; search, update, delete.
- data can be downloaded as a csv file for use in excel etc.
- secure administrative system, passwords can be changed and accounts created.
- records kept of all emails sent.
- control over email scheduler.
Tech:
- developed using a combination of coldfusion and javascript
- using a MySQL database
